With good comes the bad, and Wadhwa Atmosphere also attracts complaints about poor construction quality in some of its flats. Issues like flimsy bathroom fittings, frequent leakages, plaster/wall problems, and subpar car-parking layout for so many units have constantly nagged many residents. Given the premium you pay to live here, these flaws hit hard. Also, some towers feel overcrowded, and due to this, the “massive project” tag sometimes translates to “crowded living,” which dilutes the comfort and luxury vibe they mask it with while pitching.

The parts of Matunga West this project occupies are premium, which means the price per sq ft is high; so, it’s not cheap to live right here. Given the central location and potentially limited plot space, parking, and congestion inside the society could easily become a headache. Also, the possession, even though it is expected around 2023 as per some sources, this kind of timeline always has a risk of slippage or change in costs. Finally, high maintenance charges are likely given the premium finishes and amenities, something to budget for.

Wadhwa Atmosphere seems to check a lot of boxes: good connectivity (near link roads, train station access, malls, and hospitals nearby), cross-ventilated apartments, podium-level amenities, open spaces, and large-scale planning; has anything been left out? For people who want a self-contained lifestyle that has a gym, a pool, security, and kids’ zones, including decent commuting options for work or leisure, then Wadhwa's Atmosphere will feel like a reasonable bet in Mulund’s price-to-space bracket.

Not delivering as promised when taking the booking amount.Frequent changes in RMs.No single point contact.Poor customer service standards.No communication even after following up.Poor site maintenance.No help at the site from support staff.A big Avoid I must say.Wish there was a zero rating too.

I had shown interest in one of the flats D3 2304. It was on 6/11/24. Mr Rupesh Yadav , sales representative said pay eoi refundable fully if you don't like it.Rs 50000/ paid , and flat was shown. View was blocked by two walls from the living room. We dislieked and demanded our 50000/ back. Then their real game started. It will be processed, write a mail to so & so, meet so & so etc. no funds, finance expected in April 2024. Till date not refunded. Almost 1 year. Please don't trust them. No refund till date.

Do not invest your hard earned money in this

SRA project. All home buyers who invested money in the free sale flats of this project have been left in the lurch by SRA since the builder Radius Developers has been removed as a developer of this project without the consent and knowledge of the existing home buyers.

This project has now been taken over by Chandak Builders.

This project is jinxed and hence would recommend home buyers to stay away from this project.

I bought a plot here with paying booking amount. But after some days they refused to give that plot, saying more price needs to paid and feels like they sold same plot to other. They will take the booking amount and after that you are trapped.

Now they are not receiving calls, before the buy, they used call me like crazy.

Creating issues in refund also. Stay away from this unethical group because they Will trouble you in future with other charges and restrictions.

Ranjeet Kaur & Joginder Singh paid Rs. 41 Lakh in 2014 for buying an additional 2BHK flat. As of today, no flat delivered and no refund ??

Your experience buying a property can be greatly impacted by the smallest factors. We all deserve a home that provides us with comfort and features that make our everyday busy lives a bit simpler. I have had a very bad experience with the Wadhwa Group in terms of communication. Their service team is not trusted worth and never answers your doubts properly. The property has multiple issues. There are leakage issues in the pipes placed and the quality of the construction is not good at all.

When you are promised a modern-day housing complex, you will always look at a luxurious house that offers comfort and luxury at its best. This project is the complete opposite of a modern-day housing project. To start off with, this project lacks quite a few amenities that have become a necessity for the current generation of homebuyers. It also does not have a well-planned car parking zone which makes things even more inconvenient. The entire plan and design do not go hand-in-hand which makes this project very unattractive. Not satisfied at all with the features that are offered by this housing project.

My concern with Wadhwa Group is that they are not very clear about a lot of this when it comes to their housing projects. It was just recently that I moved into the home I purchased from them. Ever since then, I have been facing some troubles with the management and the building staff. The building compound is always dirty and the staff here are not doing their job well. Even the lift in this complex has problems and you will always find dirt in it.

I have had some major concerns and issues when it comes to the entire housing complex built by Wadhwa Group. Within the housing complex, there is so much mess and even the maintenance workers do not do anything about it! Even the amenities that were promised are worst than basic. This is not the right place to get your home and I really regret my decision.

Wadhwa Group is always committed to delivering great-quality construction of its housing complex. They are also true to their word when they say they will complete the project within the stipulated timeline. They will also make sure that their clients move into their homes as planned in the beginning. This is definitely one of the best real estate companies I have come across. Highly recommend Wadhwa Group to the ones looking to buy a new house.

This project in which I have a house is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They are a fraud company and initially before buying the house promised so many things. They are not at all committed to their work and they don't care about their homebuyers once they have booked the house. This is not the right place to get your home and I really regret my decision.

Please try and avoid booking your house with Wadhwa Group as they are not true to their word. I am a resident of one of their housing projects and have only been facing issues ever since I moved into my house. The car parking that has been allotted to me is very small and I have a big car. I was promised a parking space for my car but they did not stay true to their word. Very disappointed with them.

The surrounding near this project is not clean at all and looks very shabby. The infrastructure of this complex is also not very promising and has major issues. I along with other residents tried to bring it to the notice of the management but nothing was done about it! The staff here are always with a casual attitude and will never listen to a single concern of yours. Definitely not the right real estate company to be associated with when it comes to buying your new home.

I really regret my decision of purchasing a home with Wadhwa Group. I want to make known to other potential homebuyers about the terrible experience I have had with this real estate company. There are no basic amenities in the entire housing complex and this is not just it, even the entire building that I am living in has been maintained very poorly. So definitely a big no to Wadhwa Group.
