Hubtown Developers, Mumbai

I recently visited Hubtown Premier to meet my friend and wanted to share my genuine review about that place. The complex is excellent and well-maintained, and the flats are spacious, but the real challenge is reaching them due to heavy traffic. There is very heavy traffic in the area, and I was stuck there for almost 1 hour. And the internal roads are very narrow, which makes it more difficult to walk, especially during the monsoon season. I have no complaints with the complex, it is no doubt excellent, but what is the use if it takes longer to travel every time you come out of your house? I won’t say no, but if you plan to buy or rent the property here, please check the traffic conditions and other issues properly, which nobody will tell you.

I often visit Hubtown Sunstone to meet my friend, and honestly, the property is not worth living in. The rent is very high, and maintenance is very poor; sometimes it does not get cleaned, and the garbage collector is absent every other day. The apartments are also small compared to other residential complexes available in the locality. I won’t recommend anyone buying or renting property here, but rather suggest looking for other good properties available in the nearby area at a comparatively low price.

The truth is that this project has a bad history: delays, stalled construction, and so many pending issues. There are complaints of promised possession dates being missed; many people are still waiting even after extended periods. For a person like me expecting ready-to-move-in comfort, this kind of uncertainty is a huge turn-off. The reliability feels broken, while your hard-earned money might just sit in limbo.

Hubtown Premier is one of the premier residential complexes in Andheri to live in. I have been living here for the past 6 months and have never faced any issues. The complex offers great lifestyle amenities, including a gym, spa, kids’ play area, cricket turf, theatre, and even panoramic sea view from selected units. Additionally, the surroundings are also great, offering all the necessary lifestyle amenities such as schools, hospitals, malls, and markets nearby. Situated in a prime location, the complex provides easy access to the major localities of the city. I highly recommend Hubtown to those seeking a good residential complex in Andheri.

Hub Town is one of the best residential complexes in Bandra. It offers great lifestyle amenities and excellent transportation to the city’s major areas. I visited Hubtown Sunstone to visit a resale property, and I really liked it. The complex was well-designed, looking so classy from the outside, and the apartments were also spacious and well-ventilated. I still remember that I experienced a nice cool breeze as I entered the apartment. The electric fittings and water fittings were excellent. Additionally, the apartment was secured with CCTV cameras installed in every corner. I liked the property and would highly recommend both purchasing and renting.

On paper, Hubtown Hillcrest looked like a nice option: the idea of a planned society in Andheri with convenient connectivity appealed to me. If everything had been delivered on time, I suspect it could’ve matched the needs of a city-living professional, with factors like location, potential amenities, and convenience seeming promising. For someone with some flexibility and patience, I might have considered it, hoping for a decent payoff, but maybe in the future.

Seriously...they are pathetic...i have wasted my hard earned money and still paying heavy emi...2020 possession was promised but till date there is no sign of OC and possession.they are torturing all who have invested.Palmrose..andheri east..they don't deserve even a single star..they are zero

I had buy a office Hub Town, Geetamandir, Ahmedabad, when we ask to him for loan, they say yes loan will be approve to pension person & then we had submit half amount of office, they denied  this offer, we are very surprised, that time we asked about our money they ignore us & say to us please submit your rest amount, otherwise you lost your amount, becuase they don't give any reciept to us, please help  us regarding this, we have no any option what I do now

News:- Ackruti/HubTown builder fined for 3.5 crore for delayed possession.

Landmark decision in India.Feel proud by having 2 more cup of tea.Need less to say about posting it in different forums.Spread it like Virus.

Had all those esteemed customers of Ackruti with us in this gr8 journey whom we requested from our bottom of heart to join us, now we all will be in a position of to own company like Ackruti/Hub town.

What do you says guys? Expecting reply at least.

I have booked flat in Ackruti Countriwood in Pune in december 2009. At the time of booking I was very happy that they will handover my flat in stipulated time, But after 4 years still I am waiting for the Flat, and as per work in progress it would take another 6 months minimum.

This is too much of delay. Builder is not ready to buy back the under construction property at market rate. Nor is ready to refund the money on immediate basis with interest. Pathetic managers who talk too rudely with the customers.

Never ever deal with this developer. They are highly unprofessional and you will always regret dealing with them. Your life will be not in peace if you ever deal with them.

They don't care for the flat owners. They don't reply to e-mails and letters on time.
