Thanks koyal2008 and astrofreak1234. We kept asking for higher authorities and the duty manager (who seemed most authoritative) said he was just following policies driven by senior management. I have myself used Jet airways in the past and found them reasonably okay. I hope my expricence is on...ly an exception and others don't suffer what we had to through. Read More
