Dear SamahaPatra, No I am not so lucky. The said flat is still not complete. They have just locked the entire building and no work is being carried over , although it needs only finishing + Electric Fitting etc .They had promised again that it will be complete by this year last qtr .... Maniar.neha, I am a real person and a sufferer and not any one from competition. I had bought this flat in early 2005 when whole complex was just dug up for the foundation and had paid 100% in cash down thinking like you have been thinking about a reputed builder Unitech had highest credentials bu...t unfortunately reality was something else. It is now 5 years since I paid and booked the flat and more than 3 years delay to the promised date. You may mail me at wanted.home@yahoo.com to know more about the story.
