Payback has always been useful for vodafone recharges n getting discounts on MMT. I just use it on these 2 sites n im extremely happy. Call them....or mail them. 100% refund for sure...its not the travel company but between ur bank n the airlines...MMT might have already informed the airlines as well as ur bank...

I always use the same website....my icici card gets me a lot of payback reward points....i redeem them to get huge discounts... im extremely satisfied. Just 1 draw back is MMT cust serv number....always disconnects after a long hold...overall an excellent app n site.
