While you are free to write your own experience you don't have to take others name when you don't know about the pain others have gone through. I got my chairs after 6 months (on 9th April), DO YOU KNOW ABOUT IT? I also live in PSN, either you are one of those ebony employee writing this review beca...use it is hard to believe that some one in PSN can be such dick head who can write such kind of comment(again you are free to write your own experience as customer and not comment on other's experience when you were not a party). JUST BACK OFF, I HAVE ALL THE RECORDS AND GAUTIER PPL ALSO KNOW IT.
1. I HAD TO SEND A NOTICE TO EBONY GAUTIER TO DELIVER MY CHAIRS. THEN ONLY I GOT IT.
2. I HAVE APOLOGY FROM THEM (BUT IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO DELIVER CHAIRS AFTER APOLOGY).
3. THEY DID GIVE ME 5000/- Discount COUPON COUPLE OF WEEKS BACK WITH APOLOGY...
THE KEY PROBLEM ALWAYS REMAINED, ONCE YOU GIVE MONEY YOU ARE GONE. IN MY CASE, THEY DID APPLY EVERY TRICK IN BOOK TO FOOL/HARASS WHEN DELAY IN THE DELIVERY WAS HAPPENING..INFACT BANGALORE FOLKS RAISED THEIR HAND IN BETWEEN AND SAID SOMEBODY IN NOIDA WOULD LOOK IN TO DELIVERY OF MY PRODUCTS(THAT PERSON PASSED 2 ADDITIONAL MONTHS)
Last but not the least, I have furniture from Natuzzi, Stainley, Simply Sofa,Tonin Casa, NOLTE (I wont Tom-Tom about money like you did), and all of them STOOD OUT in service. Walk to my house in 9th block, i would show you furniture and my experince..BTW, going by Quality Vs Price, all these brands stand out.
