Dear psyched, The details about the flight is given in the review. You are right about the 3 seats in a row in all other no frills airlines. But, they are well maintained. My intentions were never to bring down a brand new company. I have official communications with them in which I have myself ...mentioned that I am not going to take it public as they were a new company and do not intend to harm their brand in any way.
