This builder is totally Fraud and Arrogant. I have booked my flat in 2010 and forced to take possession and all the due amount was taken in Mar 2015 before completion of society basis facility like Lift, Community Hall, Park, Security and basis amenities.
Now they have started sending us letter ...to buy Two wheeler Parking by paying 25000/- and stopped our two vehicles out side society. Though we have Four Wheeler Parking they are forcing us to buy. Our women were stopped outside society and forced to park outside in Noon.
At the time of booking they have confirmed that bike parking is already included in the cost. But after taking possession and getting the registries done this arrogant builder is asking for two wheeler parking charges.
Moreover the quality work of this project (Stellar Jeevan) is already known to all. We cannot nail our curtains as plaster is quality very much poor. Some of residents have redone their plasters and paint after taking possession to get this issue resolved.
There are many more things for which huge writing space is required.Read More
