So, it almost 1 month with Tikona, I think I am happy to say the least with the service, all the time that i have tested the speed using speedtest.net, I have got the speed that was promised to me, couple of times, I have had issues with connection I have called customer service they promptly send a...n engineer and they call you back to confirm if its all good. I hope it all stays this way.
PS: Thou sometimes when i try to initially log in, the tikona log in page will not show up for a few minutes, but once, im onboard, there are no issues.Read More

Hi Alok, yeah, im a real consumer, i hope i really dont have to face that, anyways, i thought it was my responsibility to give out a genuine response to something that i experienced.
