Even though futurebazaar failed to deliver the product, their online customer service seems to be good. They contacted me regarding this order and credited back the payback points I used for this order. I did order some other product from future bazaar and that one was delivered promptly. @Team_Futurebazaar : I have cancelled my order and have no intention of doing any future business with futurebazaar. It is funny how you actually say customer satisfaction is important to you when your systems and procedure are actually geared towards the opposite. Basic Question: Why would you ta...ke orders for more than what you have to deliver? I am not the first person this has happened to and I doubt if I will be the last.
