Dear Vineet, The only good part of the entire trauma was that the dealer here in Gurgaon - MGF Toyota were very cooperative and were responding to all my complains on high priority. All my 4 Saturday's spend in their workhop, I was treated not less then a king. What was dissapointing was that after... spending hard earned 12 lakhs + you end up in this mess which was least expected of Toyota - touch the perfection. Its the dealer only who has given me a - smile programme and there is no compensation from the Toyota Kirlosker Limited. By the way that the dealer did mention that mine was not the only case which had the break shoe problem. There were 4 such cases!!!Read More

Please note that on 24th Jan 3 out of 4 shockers were replaced by the dealer. I spent the entire Saturday for the same at the workshop. I was also informed that all the cars sold in the month of Sept.,Oct., and Nov. are being called for the change which was done free of cost. Another blow after the ...break shoe incident which were also replaced again on the same visit on the rear side. So much for the hard earned money spend on the world's no. 1 brand!!!Read More

No doubt the looks are killer but hope this is not the 1st lot you picked up. I'm again back to workshop for replacement of the brake pads for the 2nd time and maybe the stiff shockers of the car which are making constant squeeking sound at slow speed. Civic is very good in the same segment. The steering is a bit heavier then Altis. I have been informed that it is still hydrolic power steering compared to the electronic power steering introduced by Altis. Hence, a little diffucult to manage the car in city conditions. Also, the ground clearence is... less then Altis and hence, Altis scores better for Indian road conditions. Looks is a subjective matter.Read More

I also share the same feeling as mentioned in the review and happy with my 1.4 corsa. Great ride experience. But, last week it was a bad blow to me when the ignition coil malfunctioned and the car did not start. Never in my last 2 years I faced any problems with the car but to my surprise I had to g...et the part replaced for 15000/- + 600/- (300/- helpline + 300/- labour) adds total of 15600/- for the part. Unfortunately the dealers have no other solution as this is a sealed imported part. You all may check on extended warrenties on the car if this is covered as I did not have any.Read More
