But maybe u got the good service from the dealer u are talking about, but if I am raising a concern to the GM team and they are not serious about the issue then thats a point of concern. I have been hit by huge bill by the service center w...ith many problems unresolved. And the reason given that I was pushing and escalated to GM instead of waiting [How could u expect me to wait more when 2 months are already over].
