I completely agree with you. Even I have paid around 30000 for 3 years and now my surrender value is just 15000 as per their website (the policy has completed 3 years. ie.I have paid full 6 premiums on time.). No one is replying to mails for my queries. Whatever it is I am going to surrender this... policy.
