Ittina Neela is situated in Phase 2 of Electronic City. The rooms are extremey small, so much so that a king size bed consumes the complete room size. The property price has not appreciated much since 2006 when it was launched. The price after 10 years (April 2016) is still Rs 15 - 16 lacs for 550 s...q ft. The construction quality is very poor and leakages are abundant. There is a known goon in the area who controls the property even though it is an apartment. Read More
