Fake review . Kolte Patil never ever to be trusted. Staff members less said the better. The building C is simply not liveable . Broken tiles, filthy lifts, wires hanging,dirty staircase and passage. The apartment welcomes you with chipped tiles and some are hollow ill fitted. The painting job don...e is so shoddy and poorly done. The doors keep on rattling and making odd sounds 24/7. The whole thing done highly unskilled people perhaps this is what the builder wanted to deliver. Can anyone tell me what is one good thing in the apartment worth talking about. Shame on Kolte Patil . Totally fake. The C building is in shambles. Everything is far below the standard. The flooring,doors,paint, bathroom fittings you name. The entire building and the flat looks pathetic. It is not liveable. The entire area is just filthy with broken tiles, wires hanging,dirty lifts and passages awfu...l. Kolte Patil as builder or developer should never ever be trusted. We were told the possession would be given in Dec.14.Today we are in middle of Nov.15. No news still about the possession. They cheat the customers and rob them of their hard earned money.
