Boss! I'm not paid reviewer of Tata Indicom. I'm from Chennai. The connection is prepaid i.e 384 kbps unlimited plan. Bsnl provides 256 kbps unlimited plan for 750 rupees. I found that the 256 kbps is not useful for downloading streaming videos or mp3s. It takes ages for the completion of the downlo...ad. So I changed from Bsnl to Tata. It may be true for you that service would be down frequently. I also faced some problems from time to time. But my average is one service down per 6 weeks. when I call I can reach the Customer Care within 3 to 5 minutes. The problem is getting solved within 24 hours. So to be honest I feel for the broadband which means that you can access all the content like the video, audio the Tata indicom is the best compared to the Bsnl. Their unlimited plan is also not convienient. Bsnl's plan starts from 2 am in the midnight. I feel it's totally unfair.Read More
