Well guys, today i have received a mail from response@bagittoday.com. It states that your two orders has been canceled and refund will be processed to you with in a few days. I would like to share the strategy which i followed, it may help you too. 1) Don't give clearance of payment to bagittodays...' verification department. 2) Open a payment dispute case in your bank. 3) Callers from bagittoday will try to convince you by threatening or requesting to please give clearance to verification department but don't do that. They may try to tell you that 'Okay, we are keeping your money with us. Do what ever you want to.' Or things like 'If you want we will send you goods otherwise forget about your money.' But you have to be very patient. 4) Send a detailed mail to every possible id of the company; describing what happened & what could be the consequences if they don't reply to you. Today, after 20-25 days, i have received my amount back in accounts. Hope it helps some of you. Not giving clearance to 'VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT' is the key to get back your payment because they can't keep outstanding for a long period of time in their accounts.(I GUESS SO) NOTE: I don't guarantee that doing this they will surely return your money but at-least in my case, they did. So please do what you feel is right for you. Hope it also help you guys. :) It seems to me like a forced sales strategy of their goods by robbing into our accounts. They use our money as a force to make sale possible; If its made well and good. Otherwise they are forced to release the payment back due to ethical accounting protocols.Read More
