I disagree with u pranzm, as people investing their money and get not even what its expected. its quite bad if they can't give what they stated in their plan. So, even if its overall development but its fraud at some end.

But what about the cheating done by plan changes? When I booked the flat the plan was different and when actual constructed plan totally different.
