I do not agree with the above review at all. This product is unreliable, useless and way too expensive to maintain. It is simply a waste on money. Add to that, their customer service is horrible. Please avoid Kent at all costs.

An update to this review: So finally I did receive a new PIN about 10 days ago which would have made my life happier. But guess what, the new PIN did not activate my card. Now I can only check the balance in my account but can not make withdrawals. HOW ON EARTH CAN THAT HAPPEN??? I am so confuse...d and frustrated with this bank. How can a card not be 'Activated' enough to dispense money. As always the heads of credit card cell in Mumbai and my dummy branch on Sohna road are 'looking' into the matter. @aayesdee You are right about the hotels following a standard recipe..Also its quite possible that my dish was by some trainee. @ankita I think I was rather unlucky that day, maybe the other dishes in their menu are far better. I have usually heard ppl say that, 5 star food never lives upto th...eir expectations. With my limited 5 star experience I can only vouch for bukhara giving true value for money.
