However, I still believe that you are PRUDENTIAL AGENT. General people (who are busy in their lives) don't have so much time that they will go to individual cases & read point-to-point and comment on each item holistically. Anyway, we both agree on ONE POINT: >>1. THEY DO... CHEAT.....that's the whole point. So the point that everyone on this page, writing against PRUDENTIAL, is trying to make is public awareness. So that is the success for us. And so far as my case is concerned, I will deal with the LIES that PRUDENTIAL has told me and will take PRUDENTIAL to court and appropriate authorities as necessary. Ray, From your detailing & exact information on the topic, It looks like you are Prudential agent & writing under there behest ! Consider below points: I signed the blank forms , because of the TRUST FACTOR in the names of the organization. That by default they DO NOT CHEAT !!! But the F...ACT IS - THEY ARE HORRIBLE CHEATERS... This is a lesson to learn for ALL ! People have to be aware that PRUDENTIAL is CHEATING INDIANS in daylight. Also, what if they would have written in one of your terms and conditions, that if you cancel the policy you will be killed ! and if you signed, would be ready to get KILLED just because you signed a VULGAR FORM MADE BY PRUDENTIAL ??? 30% after deduction i.e. 1 Lakh for any INDIAN is a HUGE AMOUNT. PRUDENTIAL cannot get away with writing it in small font of size 3 and get FLEECE INDIANS !!! Before I paid for the policy they have recorded my confirmation, they have shared terms and conditions in that call. Why they have not clearly mentioned it in that call. SURELY 1 LAKH RUPEES IS NOT SMALL FOR PRUDENTIAL THAT THEY DONT WANT TO TELL CUSTOMERS BEFORE SIGNING ON CALL... They have done it on PURPOSE & CHEATED ME !!! They are pathetic ! I bought youtele connection - by shifting from airtel. I must say - this is a mistake. Youtele is cheap provider with cheap service.
