am facing a similar issue :( the sales person followed up very nicely till the money got transferred. The estimated delivery date is over...i even postponed my travel plans to receive the pc as my accountant has to work on it. My emails are not being replied to. man u r on my case :P lol....i think i shud stop writing reviews...i aint gud!!! anyway the issue got resolved...phew. My complain was that they have a lousy customer service when contacted over the phone. Anyway they were gud when i battled the traffic and drove a gud 45 min and met them personally......not an easy task when am new here and used to better customer service online or over the phone. Guess I got a lot of getting used to!!Read More
