Dear Mr Thomas Greetings from Goibibo. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We have checked the issue and found that you made this booking on 28th March for next day check-in. Booking was immediately confirmed by the hotelier.But at the time of check-in the hotel goofed up & denied to... provide 2nd room.Hence we arranged an alternative for you. We have also heard the call recordings and found that none of our consultants asked to take the alternate option or leave the same. Also note that this is certainly not how we operate and will make sure that such issues are not repeated to ensure hassle free stay for all the passengers.
