Well, within a few weeks of booking, i am getting posession of my flat this monday. I visited flat and is ready. I do not know what yours and others experience has been but i did not had any issues till now. Further, regarding common amanities, which builder gives you common amenities before complet...ion of their project? There are some issues which i understand regarding permanent electricity which i believe will get resolved with course of time. We as owner atleast should talk positive, most of the comments i am reading seems from owners and i feel pity on them. My dear friends, good or bad, it is our society now..if we keep on cribbing i do not what message are we trying to spread.
