@bijju You are assuming far too many things here. Also its not my job to manage things. Its theirs. If you are saying its okay for a business to promise something and not honor it, then well we will keep churning out substandard companies I am afraid. 1. I did asked for some one else. But since t...he agent did not keep copies of communication, they said only he can get things done. Only after I started talking about it on twitter, they got some one else involved. 2. Again I did. And thats how they got ready to replace the product later on, around 23rd of Dec. 3. Thats before they promised to replaced. 4. Thats completely wrong. Its not about procedure. They got me to agree to terms by promising next day shipment and then kept changing it afterwards. Its call bait and switch. Honesty is important from them as well. Just like they need to protect their business, I need to protect my business to. What if they would have kept delaying shipment for weeks. What I could have done then? Any good company like Dell would have immediately done this and not had a customer waiting around for so much time. Thats business ethics. Even the letter was not answered by their founder (he asked me to write to him) for 2 weeks and thats why I published it now.Read More
