Hi Qwan: Thanks for the feedback.. i do agree with you regarding plastic bags usage, but my concern is about total mall charging money for Plastic bags. As you said, people should start taking their own reusable cloth bags, but again mall like TOTAL should allow this. I am sure that they will not a...gree to use it just because they cannot make profit out of giving(selling) plastic bags. ThanksRead More

Thanks .. We all should raise the voice so that they should repent for what they have done and withdraw the decision of charging price for plastic bags
