The same is the case in Mumbai I have dealer as Coolcare services who is poor in service and Mr. Anil Bawasker, Manish Yadav, and others are not serious about the cooling problem which I am facing. They are all non professionals

I strongly believe this customer would have been deliberately avoided by concerned service provider with a poor excuse.Being in service industry myself we experience such excuses being used to turn down the customer with very high expectations.
