Miss Aparana Goel made booking amount through 2 cheques of which one got dishonoured.Upon request of Miss Aparana Goel, res...olution has been offered even when complete booking amount has not been received from her. Further still if miss Aparana Goel seeks refund the same will be dealt with as per company policy duly accepted by her. In case payment is continued then currently interest on over due amount if any will be levied. No deficiency in service rendered by Supertech limited. May change your booking without intemation

From Supertech – Dear Sir, We don’t agree with your above mentioned statement as at the time of booking all charges and flat details were conveyed to you and same was being agreed by you as well. So considering your case, you had signed the booking form, moreover the receipt was als...o given to you which clearly states the flat no, unit and the project name too, hence you were very much aware of the details of the flat allotted to you at the time of booking itself. As far as the deduction clause is concerned, the same is clearly mentioned in the booking form which was duly signed by you at the time of booking. Referring your above points please find the answers below:- 1). We never accept such forms and once the booking is confirmed we always give a call to the respective customer for verification purpose. 2/3/4/5 ). Our executives are never rude and also give their best to support our esteemed customers, moreover there is a toll free no and our official mail Id to expedite the cases. 6). We work with transparent and defined policies and have clear gesture towards it. We have never miss guided any one neither uses such malpractices.
