Nobody from customer care team got in touch till now. I also sent email to customercare@eurekaforbes.com. And no response on that too. Very poor customer service. The response received here is of no use. They say customer care team will get in touch. But actually nobody contacted me till now. Eureka... Forbes should seriously think about their product aquaguard providing such a pathetic service. Such an old company, with a big team of irresponsible people. I need replacement of my Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV. Aquaguard are you listening or my request falling on deaf ears.Read More

I(Customer ID-6000110646) have purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+ UV+ from aquaguard sales office, Sector 16, Panchkula, Haryana yesterday by doing payment with cheque. But the retail invoice bill handed over to me is having different serial number than the one mentioned on the product installed ...at my place yesterday. The Serial number mentioned on retail invoice is 1227001066061795 but on the Dr aquaguard magna installed at my home the serial number is 1227011056039900. The sales person is not reachable through phone. Such a pathetic behaviour from aquaguard. They installed some other product and given retail invoice for some another product. And i was told by sales representative and the person who came to install Dr aquaguard magna HD RO+ UV+ at my place that this product wastes 60% of water. But while using it for a day i found it wastes more than 80% of water. For every 2 litres of purified water, more than 8 litres of water gets wasted(drained out of machine to sink). This is either misguiding people to make them customers or the product is faulty. Both the things combined- different serial number on retail invoice than the one mentioned on the product installed at my place and this more than 80% water wastage from machine is making me believe that the product is faulty. And i need/seek replacement of the product and a proper correct bill for the new replaced product. Hoping that aquaguard will live upto the expectations and do the needful soon.Read More
