Very Big Noise, Hardly Works

Thanks Eureka Forbes for the quick response. However I would like to inform that while the first response was timely the resolution isn't. I was asked to contact the area sales manager by the store. The area sales manager conveyed that a senior technician will be sent to look at the problem. However... its 40+ days and this has still not happened and I don't want to follow up as I don't see any thing positive coming out here. The store called couple of times and sent a technician- who was again for Aquaguard not euroclean vacuum. Having seen this response, I have concluded that both product and service from Eureka Forbes is deficient.
