@patsla @sub75 @matrix_cellular UPDATE: I got a call from Deepika on behalf of Matrix yesterday. She asked me to pay the rest of the amount amounting to Rs. 8,196. I said I will not till the issue is resolved. She asked me to forward her the mail I had sent to the nodal officer which I did. Afte...r having a look, she calls back and tells me that the I have been charged according to the plan which I had actually selected! I told her ma'am the Plan ID of the one i had selected is different from the one you have applied. Then she calls again after sometime and says that sir you have to add surcharge also which is to be added on the extra data consumed. And she tells me that you have used 270 MB of extra data and now 12% surcharge will be added to that data and hence the total extra data consumed would become 302 MB!! I was like how ridiculous is that! How can you add surcharge to the data consumed! Surcharge is always added on the final bill amount. Then she makes some further calculations in between of which she tells me that 1MB is equal to 1204KB whereas in reality it is 1024KB. These guys are simply ridiculous. They first make fraudulent promises to sell their products, then they cheat you by inflating your bill, and then they try to make a fool out of you by talking utter nonsense!Read More

UPDATE: Today i received a message from matrix asking me to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 8,196. This is after they have already shamelessly deducted Rs 10,000 from my credit card. I would like to remind that the bill is disputed and i have mailed my concerns to all the people responsible includin...g Mr. Tushar. Mr Tushar has been making high claims in his replies that all the issues reported to them are properly investigated and suitable actions are taken. I wonder how on earth can they then first deduct Rs. 10,000 and now demand Rs. 8000 more while the bill is disputed and is under investigation!! Common sense dictates that complete your investigation first and demand the appropriate money due to you. I doubt, they even give the mails sent to them a proper reading, forget amount initiating an investigation! Sooner or later, these guy's are doomed to fail. Forget about their unethical and fraudulent business practices, they can't even coordinate between their different departments properly!Read More

He mailed back on May 15 saying that he will get back with an update by May 19. Today is May 29, but he has not bothered to c...ommunicate anything to me till now. Even your sales representative, Mr. Ankur (Ph: 8527199372), promised to call me back, but I never heard anything from him either! So how can I believe you that 'Every issue that is reported to us is investigated'?? I don't think the matter is even being looked into, forget about resolving it. Moreover, in my mail to Shashank, I had expressly stated that I forbid you to charge my credit card as Ankur had told me that it is only for security purpose and no amount would be charged on it. But few days back, I got info from my bank that you have already debited Rs. 10,000 from my card! Tell me, is it professional and ethical to charge such a huge amount when the bill is in a disputed state? Moreover, as promised by Ankur the card was taken only as a security, and not for charging any amount that you like on it. That's making utterly fraudulent promises, with no intention of honoring it, just to sell your stuff Business is not only about selling your stuff, it is also about customer satisfaction and building trust among them.
