My review is based on cargo delivery from Siliguri To Patna. Horrible experience is what can I say. 1) Broke my Honda Glamour, Rs 2000 loss incurred in repairs. 2) My treadmill they lost key screws to refit it. And scratched the digital panel. 3) Scratched my washing machine. 4) B...Read more

Now i have clocked 1000 km and the mileage has jumped up to 14.2 kmpl that is just awesome loving my car. But the mileage metre shows 9.3l/100km but my calculation says it is 14.2 hahaha still awesome piece of tech by maruti and fun to drive too

The only draw back for a car like Ritz is the task boy design, because of that driver has to be very careful to avoid extreme side inclinations. The tall boy comes with its benefits and cons benefits are: high season position, good ground clearance, good visibility, and robust comfort, con: bit unco...mfortable on side inclinations, though there are news that tall boy designs tend to body roll at high speed but I never felt that, perhaps I never took it beyond 90 kmph and don't even intend to.Read More

yes Maruti Ritz does have side and front impact beam and has a high tensile but light steel body, yes, the car is great for ladies as it's so easy to drive it's a one hand drive. and Ravi I want to clarify one thing, I recently got my car serviced and there I asked the guy to check my seat height ad...just as it's not proving to be much useful, they checked the car and found and rectified the height adjuster, which was initially a bit stuck, they also told me that these height adjuster are designed to move not vertical but at an angle of 45 degree as if the seats are elevated to high it will compromise security, so it moves at an angle and it should be properly be synchronised with the lumber support for very good visibility and comfort. Honestly this was very helpful I adjusted my seat and lumber support and believe me now it's been much comfortable to drive this car.Read More

yes I bought leather art seat cover. worth rs 3800 .I don't regret buying Ritz zxi petrol because I am getting 14 kmpl and above in heavy traffic conditions of Patna with ac though it frequentlu gives 14 and above , I am happy as it's very comfortable and safety is my prime concern. The car manoeuvr...ing is just awesome. My running is quite low and petrol suits me I hope to clock only 3000 km annually, so I opted for a petrol car. If anyone wants to use commercial purposes and robot concern about safety better go for figo lxi or Ritz diesel but Ritz diesel comes with a premium.Read More

yea I test drive figo and an quite fond of the car, but since I wanted to buy a petrol car the figo seems underpowered and at slopes it breathes heavily. whereas Ritz have quite a punch, and acceleration is smooth as I needed my parents to drive this car also. Also I was not quite sure of figo's mil...eage. I even asked the dealer that if he can provide me figo diesel lxi but he refused as profit margin to low for those models. Dash of figo is good as the fit and finish is solid no lose parts and plastic quality is good though it is subjective. Three low season position is quite a boon for figo as visibility is not hampered, but the ground clearance suffers, once I got figo's belly hit during a test drive, no issues with Ritz though. Rear visibility of Ritz is OK for me though it doesn't exude much confidence but since it's turning radius is good and steering is very responsive it annuls any discomfort. But honestly I never found any difference in other cars also.Read More

Yes a bit high but the same i felt with figo also, during test drive and first 100 km I felt a bit strain on my ankles but, perhaps I was not able to harness the excellent sensitivity of the controls, but now I am at ease, but yes it's a bit high. I almost lost my break footing once but now I am at ...ease after touching the 500 mark, but for people with lesser height like my parents they feel ankle strain quite often. and the seat height adjustable honestly doesn't help to much.Read More
