After I brought the matter to top management of Maruti, the dealer has delivered the car to door of addressee. However I am not very hopeful of their another commitment of pick up and drop the car from home address for free service. Will see and inform you later about this.

Hi Lisa, I agree with you that feedback gives information about past history of seller. In my case it was 72% positive. But India can not be compared with US. Sellers here are too dishonest to believe past history.
