Yes thats true and these days they r trying to act as Bank and saying that ur account has been put hold and if open any new account then we will close them as well.

For no reason they have closed my account. They are not at all ready to provide any info as well on it. No where it is mentioned thr website that a customer cant have more than 1 account. Further same mail was sent to their head 'jeff@amazon.com' and 'amit@amazon.com' but then respond at the last ...email sent from like this. Pathetic service. I never heard that in any ecommerce from thr end hey can cloase any account and without any reason and resolution and why is it so ??? recent email sent : I would like to the reason why account has been closed and is that so that you want allow me to place an order with u guys. I would like to know the reason. I have been listening to this drama that 'Any new accounts you open will be closed as well.', I would like to reason and why same thing has been done.Is something went wrong or may any forgery ??
