Yes it was correct and it was real experience with me I order 55 inch iconium uhd TV on 17 th Septemberfrom vu tvs site and it was delivered on 25 th September and found damage so the technician from vu came and photos were shared to vu .till then no body is giving proper response for replacement an...d call centre was a waste of our time and money.At last I decided to cancel order.so when I was connected to vu then they committed for replacement after 22 days that's apathetic situation.I suggest not to buy VU tvs .no customer support.Read More
