My feedback after after 1.5 years and 9000km.
First of all sorry to dissapoint you.
This bike is like wife in honeymoon period...
It got terrific problem of High vibration at your legs after 40kmph speed.
Heavy noise from different parts and chain guard.
Decreasing Mileage..
Last but not least.... Severe battery problem of getting charge and water drain quickely, due to the DC system Headlight,which needs more power. but battery couldnot provide. the effect is bike with headlight ON, will struck at any time in the road like how it behaves when fuel is emty.. i couldnt believe this and had not any such exp in any bike in my 20 yrs bike expereince. All vehicle battery needs only during or before start of engine. but this bike is made, withoutout battery support it cannot be riden with Lights.. Too worst and pathetic issue.

I have crossed 2000kms. no complaints yet. getting more confident in speedy drive and balancing. getting smoother than before. after 60kmph, feel bit vibration and different engine sound. but upto 60 very soothing and also gives 8km better mileage. I heard about bad comments on old phonenix from TVS... SALES MANAGER himself. This is totally a different bike with earlier issues resolved.Read More

TO venuvinodks, 1. head light brightness.- BIG HEAD LAMP,BEST LUMINOSITY.BRIGHTNESS IN WIDE AND LONG. Also I want to Indicate a ultimate lighting feature of ,DC light. which doesn't flicker and become dim, when u slowdown or in neutral( as in splendour etc). But in Phoenix you get same bright light ...in all gears.And Phoenix has an Technical Feature of swiching to low power light,after few seconds of Idle, which saves battery power 2. ground clearance. when you carry your wife and kids, does the bottom of bike hit road humps? GOOD POINT. NO SECOND THOUGHT. IT HAS VERY GOOD GROUND CLEARENCE, INFACT THIS BIKE IS HEIGHTER THAN OTHER IN SEGMENT. I NEVER HIT ON EVEN ANY BIG SPEED BREAKER, WHEN I WAS WITH MY WIFE AND 2 KIDS. NO WORRIES 3. does phoenix has under seat storage area ? NO..SEAT CAN BE OPENED WITH TOOLS ONLY. BUT HAVE UTILITY BOX AT SIDE I REMEMBER.
