Not necessary that you need to wait for 6 Months. The process as Follows: As you found the theft/loss of vehicle... you need to file an FIR and inform to Insurance provider and RTO Office. After 3 Months of your FIR, you would receive a Non Tracable report for Polica station and submit the ...same to nsurance officer.... from then in 20 days you would receive Claim Amount. But In my case or any Body case....... The police people / govt servets Don't do the things on time. So, in that way they took 6 months in my case. Finally i am Expecting the non tracable report in another week days. Thats the Story... Regards, SreeniRead More
