Worst ever experience as online buyer By: sonalikadash | 0 hrs 2 mins ago I had ordered Yamaha psr i455 from bajaao. it reached me after so many phone calls. within one hour I could know that they have given me a returned piece from another customer. I immediately I mailed to the store to take i...t back. after that started a series of phone calls and emails but with no result. the store is not at all trustworthy and the worst being the after sales team. they wanted me to return the piece. they said they are going to refund me after it reaches their warehouse with the bajaao packing. otherwise they were going to deduct a minimum of 15% of the price of the piece. how can I rely on those who had cheated me once. so I was left with no choice but to keep that instrument with myself.
