Hello Atriman, I am facing the similar issues with my Estilo VXi , however your point no. 1& 2 are still persisting in my vehicle. Though neither they have replaced clutch assemble nor the engine mounting nor the rims. I am also a bit harrased with this new vehicle as I got delivery on 29th Jul...-2010. My dealer was Machino Techno and it got serviced by Machino Techno all the times. I am really clueless about how to fix the problems.Read More

Hello Prajig... Thanks for your comment. However my car Estilo VXi is still having the vibration issue even after the 1st service long back. I think KB series engine with 3 cyln will have this issue. Had it been a 4 cyln engine then we wouldn't have face this. Anyway thanks for your advice in g...ear shifting, but I have observed the following. 1st gear - Need to give gas a bit more than santro. 2nd gear - till 30/35 kmph its okay but lower than that engine knocks and vibrates. 3rd gear - Upto 40/42 kmph car is smooth, but if u give 4th gear at 40 then it knowcks. 5th gear - i usually give at 50kmph bcoz lower than that engine vibrates more and knocks..Read More
