I repaid to hotel on 31st Dec on the assurance of clear trip that they will refund the money paid to them, but they have started refund process after I made a complaint on Mouthshut, posted on facebook and repeated tweets. Still I am waiting for the refund. I will certainly go to Consumer Forum f...or the compensation. Read More
