You review is pretty good. I think that probably you have missed out on 1 detail. You have not deducted rental charges from the overall total before coming to the rate per minute. Taking Rs.295 per month it comes to 10,620 for 3 years. So 17,000-10,620=6380. And now if you see how much that works... out to per minute, then its a very good rate of approx 44 paisa. which is what they are claiming in any case. All service providers (including MTNL for their land lines)charge a minimum monthly rental of 295 to 350 Rs. Which is separate from their per minute rate.So I feel that this cost should be factored in.Read More
