First of all, thanks for your comments.
Let me take up the two concerns one by one:-
1) Yes, I am aware that TATA-SKY do have a dish-sharing option for residents in an apartment. But in such cases the interested members need to take the initiative themselves to get a bigger dish instal...led, which is more often than not muffled by various parties having vested interest, e,g, cableman's union/political parties, etc. I have first hand experience of this kind of obstacles, hence I know it very well :-) If on the other hand, TATA-SKY launches an initiative to drive the dish-sharing programme for apartments, then they will be able to grab a larger share of customer base.
2) I do agree with you that pre-paid option can be very handy, both for customers as well as the service provider, for obvious reasons. However they need to provide some additional options for paying bills that are offered by other service providers (both private and public) in all the major cities and towns across India.

I have subscribed to TATA SKY for a week, and am overall very satisfied with the product as well as the service I got from their customer care and service staff doing installation and demo. Truly, this product is a pleasant revelation for TV viewers in India like myself.
