ShivKamath, Good that you corraborated the fact that phone lines are difficult to get through. Now imagine a situation where you are visiting school for solving a issue 10 times because nothing is happening. Out of 10 times, you get to meet the principal only 7 times because other 3 times, he is a...way. Inability to get appointment on phone is indeed a big issue. Some schools have fixed hours where principal is available everyday for meeting parents. There is no such thing here.Read More

We are not talking about some minor issue like catching a cold; it is a question of safety. Always better to be safe than sorry.
