Hi All, I've been using this product for the past 4 months and have had no complaints till date. However, there is one thing...there is a gap at the door which causes water to collect in the rubber insulation between the drum and the outer door. Hi Sathya...If service is the problem....IFB is a strict NO - NO. I've had their machine for the past 10 years....It's only because of one good technician that we've continued to use the machine. Hi your budget and requirement are a no-match. I would however recommend the LG washing machine. I picked up the 5.5 kg fully automatic in 18,000/-. LG8068LDP.

One can understand mishaps happening once in a while....no one expects a perfect service. My grouse has been the attitude towards the customer whilst providing the service. I've had similar bad experiences for hospital visits. The driver assigned forgot to call and inform that he was out of gas. I had to keep one of Mumbai’s top cardiologists waiting. I've promised myself that I will tear Meru's reputation to shreds even if it's the last thing I do.

No details regarding the uptime/downtime of the ISP. The MTI from MTNL employees is a foregone conclusion.

Quite agree with you speaking in order to give feedback and help improve services.
I have canceled the TATA services and have gone for MTNL...so far..no issues with them..their download speed is consistent and high as well.

@shubhen...guess you've a one off bad experience with Shivneri..my sympathies with you...but being a regular traveller (twice a month over eleven years)...i've never had a breakdown on their buses....in fact...you were able to get into another bus purely because it was a shivneri.

I am currently in mumbai and using TATA Communications (VSNL) and thinking of switching over to the unlimited 1 Mbps connection that MTNL offers...I am a very heavy user (transfers of about 10-40 GB a month)...I also have a vonage (VOIP Phone)..and need the connection to be always ON!!!..would ...the users recommend their service?
