can I go to consumer court for this ?Does any one know? I have lost peace of mind, and lots of office time.Made a lot of calls on my phone. Is there a case?

Dear IFB Team, Thanks for commenting!! Some one attended my washing machine on 31/10/2013. Today (8/11/2013), received a call from trinity services(ph: 08040988985) . They told spares still not available is their stores and it will take couple of days more. :) This call is after many calls to... them and to their technician for last 3 days .Called almost 15 times today afternoon.That is because no one received my call at that time. Called your customer care number again. He told he will give his senior executives number and some blah blah . It's the same number of trinity services. How many times will they give that 'Senior executives' number? I have started enjoying this now. It has now become my mission - to get my washing machine repaired :). I will keep this space updated. :)Read More
