But it is really regretting that I have to go to that length for a petty matter like this, just because you all were infringing the right of a consumer and your workers responsible for the day to day business of your sho...wroom acted in very non-professional way. Whatever damage in my eyes to the reputation of your showroom has been done is done. And I hope you will go all out to add in your training curriculum that how beyond [business management] theory a customer satisfaction is achieved. And yes, also give your managers some discretionary powers beyond dotted lines........ I will use the CN within a stipulated period on one month from its issue [quite fair]. Dear gouribhp, you are right. In fact I am new to mouthshut.com and regret why I was not here earlier. You are right we should not be tempted by their [Hometown & Future Group] infrastructure and ambience. It is always the attitude of business personnel behind the business that matters. I fully agre...e with you. The management graduates are good for nothing. They know how to to do business in theory but in practical they are totally failure. The global meltdown is their glaring example. Otherwise how come the experts in business management have failed to foresee or plan meticulously the future of their venture. That again mean that beyond their education they are experimenting on others investment and making them vulnerable....its a long debate....Read More
