For me they respond by copy paste message everytime saying once product is delivered they don't have return policy. I have never seen this in anyone of the seller's policy. Only incase of lingerie purchase it will be there. For furniture no one would say that unless we ourselves damage produ...ct. Every company will have 15days easy return policy. This is the first time I'm hearing this. If they have such strict return policies then thay have to put these clauses in bold so that customers notice them before purchase. Im damn sure if they put that no one would be ready to buy from homecentre. They want to trap customer block their money deliver the product that they want to sell not what customer wanted and let customer suffer.Read More

I had Worst experience with homecentre. Would not recommend them to anyone. It's complete waste of your money. They deliver wrong product and when asked for exchange or return they don't accept it. I have call them and follow up for 3 moretimes, then they acknwledge and person agrred to come on 9th november. They came to fix it. Installation charges were... 1500rs. Later they said that stabiliser is required for this and they charged extra 2500rs for stabiliser. Later they said extra wiring is required and pin plug wich costed 250rs. Totally they have collected 4500rs by telling this not present that is not present. Later they said your current wires are not able to pull the power and asked to replace the wiring cable. We asked him to close the installation at that point only and wiring we would do it with other people. They agreed for it and we did wiring calling electrician he charged extra 1800rs. One AC that I purchased in this site have troubled me a lot. Made a trial run of AC. It worked well, but since winter has started not using now. Exactly after 30 days of my order, finally was able to use the product. Its your call guys now. You take the decision. This was all about my experience.Read More

After 5 calls, 3 mails, 2 live chat with TataCliq customer care, Finally my product was delivered on 29th oct, 2017. i.e. after 19 days of me placing the order. As soon as I received the product I called customer care for installation. They said that it is still not reflecting in their system that i...t is delivered. I called them after 4 hours again. they said the same reason. I said I do agree It might take 1 day to get the update and reflect in the system but side-by-side they can raise my request for installation. They agreed to it and raised an request and said it will take 3 days to process the request and then we will receive a call from service person and then they would come and do the installation. but i'm not sure how much time that service person would take to come and do the installation . As it is mentioned that exchange/return can be done in 7days of delivery, I have already crossed 2days. So far no call from service provider. Not sure when will they come. If the AC is defect free then well and good and will be happy that finally i received my product . If it has some manufacture defect then I would be another headache. Let's hope for the best. Installation service is also chargeable. I can even do the installation from the staff nearby my place but the customer care person has said that if it gets damaged by some reason then they will not take the responsibility of the product and will not agree for return and exchange. So I'm left with no other option but to wait for them to server. Let me wait for couple more days and see whether they would serve on-time atleast this time or will start working only after doing many escalations. Will keep updating on this. Read More

2nd time I have visited the store again yesterday thinking that my last visit was during festive season and may be the staff was tired dealing with many customers since morning and hence their behaviour was bit arrogant at that time. It was not that crowded when I visited and one of the staff greet...ed soon we reached and started showing us the rings. The only reason I preferred this jewellery was for its purity and no making charges. But they have added 11% wastage and not many collections were there. We went for couple rings. It's difficult to get couple rings of expected size there. Then thought of purchasing separate rings. Even after that we couldn't find the ring size of my guy. Over all you have less options here. It just depends if you find the size and design proper then well and good else disappointment. What I suggest is - Need to maintain more designs and sizes to attract customers.Read More
