Actually blackberry surprised me when I went to collect my playbook, they replaced my playbook with a new one for free of cost, probably they must have understood that I didnt damage the micro USB port, I think the poeple in between is poising all such issues. the blackberry international cust care ...also was so helpful. now I am kind of relieved.
