@cerk, I am sorry for replying so very late, I somehow missed the notification of your comment or I might have not received it. I still would like to tell you that in manuals we do the half clutch driving to prevent roll back on a slope, although consistently doing it for long may wear off the clut...ch, so not recommended, hand brake driving on a slope is a bit uncomfortable, but is the best way, but only skilled drivers can manage that. Now with this automatic, when we are standing stationery on a slope with the car on 'D' mode, it will not roll back, instead it will move forward(uphill) slowly even without acceleration and we need to use the foot brake to stop moving forward on a slope. Premium automatics comes with an Anti-Roll back feature, this one doesn't but still will not roll back because of engine power and the gear is engaged. So no worries on slopes. Although, I prefer to shift to Neutral and use foot brake to prevent roll back instead of engine power, engage D to move forward and remove foot from brake, it never moves backward whether I press the accelerator or not.Read More
