BA non compensation after flight cancellation

BA is known for their high handedness and lousy customer service. We experienced the same issues when we were relocating to India from the US. They misplaced my wife's luggage, which was delivered after 7 days and then gave her a compensation of 600 rupees because she had an Indian passport. Th...eir response, 'read the fine print on the ticket.' An absolute bunch of jokers. I meet several British residents as well these days who don't have anything praiseworthy to say about their national airline. The sun set on the British empire some 3-4 decades ago.
