Hope this step improves the service quality of MMT Hi,
Welcoming move by MMT. Good to hear back from you, though after 1.5 year. Hope other travelers receive an improved service from you now.
As far as my grievance, as evident its 1.5 years back and based on the real bad experience during our... trip. Hence can't be resolved now, so technically can't click on yes link.
Intention here was to share the real story and bring the ground realities out on a public forum.

Dear Rohit,
I really appreciate your views, but intention here is not to blame the Manglorean style or the over priced sea food. I'm myself from central India where spicy food is a part of daily routine. And being avid sea food eater I'm always up-to-date of the market prices, so can judge the ov...er-price. If you talk about their ambiance, yes its good and in fact I loved their crab meat soup.
Point here is about the preparation of the dish we had and not the cuisine. A well prepared spicy food should only enhance the sea food, without getting over the board. I appreciate people's personal taste, but getting a troubled stomach was really a problem. Hence shared the real experience.

This review is not telling the truth about the service or product of LIC. Instead there is just a monologue of how one visit to a local LIC office went out of expectations. Bring the focus on the company than a office decorum.

Its showing a very much 'consistent' performance of MakeMyTrip in swindling people's money. Looks like they are given heavy targets to achieve. Hence poor folks have to cheat the innocent customers to fulfill their revenue goals. Its better that we read about the user reviews before using anybody's ...service in today's hyper 'competitive' world. People can go to any level to make some 'cheap; money. Thanks for a frank and true review for this insurer. Looks like 'low insurance' is the bet they catch their clients, but their unprofessional behavior is the real cause why they are not able to hold the customers. I can see 'cheap' antics applied by Religare to do business in today's advance...d social world where their 'achievements' can be displayed to world in instant. Hope they get some insights to do business with honesty in 21st century.
Problem lies in customer's single point of consideration - 'cost' and cheapest is best. Even though Religare are giving riders and longer term for insurance, the MAIN point to consider should be 'Settlement ratio'. They have DISMAL record in IRDA report for FY 2008-09 - 48% (LIC has it at 96%).
Also claim rejection ratio is also very high i.e. 44% (LIC's just 1%). Hence all probable customers should check these 2 factors and not the premium offered, before buying term Life plan.Read More

The user is surely an Makemytrip.com employee, as she is advertising for them. She is just asking people to book tickets with this portal, without any valid review of their services. What a failure. I suggest the moderator to remove this post as it don't follow the rules of 'no promotion' policy.
